Lawful Permanent Resident
My father's dad left his family in Mexico when he was twelve. Since then he dropped out of school and worked to support his mother and siblings. He illegally immigrated to the U.S., worked the fields, and settled down to start a family. He is now a lawful permanent resident and owns his own business.
